Through compassionate conversations and evidence-based techniques, we help you understand your emotions, identify patterns, and develop healthier coping strategies for lasting personal growth.
A standard individual therapy session typically lasts 50 minutes. Initial consultations may be slightly longer (60–90 minutes) to allow time for comprehensive assessment and to discuss your goals. Session frequency is tailored to your specific needs and treatment plan.
Yes — confidentiality is the foundation of our therapeutic relationship. All sessions are private and protected by professional ethics and HIPAA regulations. Limited exceptions only apply when there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or as required by law. These boundaries will be clearly explained during your first session.
The number of sessions varies based on your individual goals and challenges. Some people benefit from short-term therapy (8–12 sessions) focused on specific issues, while others find ongoing support more helpful. We will discuss your progress regularly and adjust the treatment plan as needed.
